Can I place an order using an international phone number?

Yes, you can. Just make sure the phone number you give is current and easy to reach. 

How long will it take to process my order, and when can I expect a shipping notification?

Your order will be processed within 12-24 hours of confirmation. You will receive an email notification within 24 hours that includes the tracking number of your shipment. The status of your order can be monitored on our website by accessing the ‘My Account’ section.

Why is my order not shipped yet? 

If you place your order before 2 p.m., please give us 24 hours to ship it. Unless it’s a weekend or holiday, all orders made after 2 p.m. are shipped the next business day.

Can I change my shipping address or phone number after placing an order?

You cannot change your shipping address or phone number after placing the order. 

What do I do if my order doesn’t arrive within 6 business days of receiving the shipping confirmation?

If you do not receive your order within 6 business days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please email us at you@glenvitaorganics.com (10 am to 6 pm IST. Monday – Friday). Just provide your name and order number, and we’ll get back to you at the earliest.

Can I cancel my order or change my shipping address?

In order to get your products to you as soon as possible, your order begins processing immediately after it’s placed. Once an order is placed, we’re unable to cancel or make any changes.

Will I get a replacement if my product arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged product, please email us within 24 hours of receiving the product at you@glenvitaorganics.com (10 am to 6 pm IST. Monday – Friday). with your order number and an unboxing video of the order or a photo of the item’s condition.
